Another wonderful week, lovely weather, great walks for Heidi and Bertie, the lambs doing their “Olympic” races were an absolute hoot, so funny. Thank you Mark and May for this weeks stay and Mary for the beautiful clean “home from home” house. Hopefully we’ll return before to long!

We have enjoyed our second visit to Tranquil Sands. The cottage is in a wonderful position for exploring the islands. The house is extremely comfortable – with everything you need for a great holiday. We would love to return sometime.

Weather variable, scenery stunning, Beach walking exhilarating, Seafood amazing (Namara and Westford Inn). We love it here. By no means our first visit to the isles – that was 1995 with an A Frame tent on the Machair – but certainly the most comfortable.

Lost count of the number of holidays we’ve had here but every one of them has been wonderful. Great walking and cycling and stunning scenery with fabulous wildlife all around.
